Main Job are:
- Capacity monitoring services weekly, Including : CE Usage, Power usage, Noise Rise, Downlink Code Tree Utilization, IuB Utilization
- Analysis Drive Test and Statistics (if required) for power upgraded sites => Avoid degradation
- Reporting of point 1 & 2
Beside that, he/she need :
- To control and ensure that all professional services consulting role are met with the customers criteria
- To take early corrective actions to ensure that plans are met
- To resolve any technical issues arise during project delivery
- To take a lead on technical discussion internally and towards customer
The candidate is required to have Exposure on Ericsson P6/7 SW release. as well as below;
- Familiar with TEMS Drive Test Tools, Post processing tools.
- Analyze Drive Data and provide corrective action plans.
- Statistical Verification/monitoring network for identification of non-performing sites as per defined KPI's statistics.
- Analysis of statistical performance data, network scripts & trace events and the execution as well as Recommendation of corrective action.
- Recommend Parameter Changes.
- Implement Consistency Checks.
- InterRAT (2G3G).Handover experience would be essential.
- Network Elements. Knowledge of Ericsson Node B, RNC, RXI and interworkings.
- Knowledge transfer of pre-post processing tools, parameters tuning related trial or optimization experience.
- Ensure cross border functionality/interoperability in multi-vendor environment.
- Knowledge of PS Core, OSS-RC, and RANOS functionality added advantage
- Experience with GPEH, CTR, UETR, UEH exceptions, WCDMA error codes, SCCP error codes will be added advantage
