A major Telecoms Vendor has an urgent requirement for a Senior Documentation Engineer to work within Technical Service and Delivery department. This Documentation role provides an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, German speaking document expert to work on a major operator based delivery Project.

You will be expected to be the main point of contact for te client and be accountable to the documentation aspect of the project. Work will be based in the Bonn office.

The role and responsibilities

To anticipate, identify and analyse the customer’s information needs from.
To develop the delivery project documentation in German

Description:

Document processes & procedures and developing other documentation, e.g. eTOM and ITIL v3

Qualifications:

8-10yrs experience in network planning/development and project management.
A university degree in network planning/development or related subject
Experienced in project management of complex telecommunication solutions
Minimum 5 years related telecommunication network experience for mobile and fixed operation
Extensive knowledge of radio and core network planning principles
Knowledge of IT planning principles
Extensive knowledge of communication skills required
Knowledge of basic planning tools
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications, Microsoft Project and Visio required
Strong project management skills
Strong structural and process skills
Working knowledge of eTOM and ITIL is desired

The Drive Test Team Lead will be responsible for scheduling call testers on a daily basis. The lead will receive schedules the day prior to testing and immediately contact all the call testers and inform them where they need to go (site and location)
