Senior AVAYA Engineer - Malaysia

Requirements:

• You would hold a degree / diploma (computer or communication studies preferably)
• You would have least 2 years of relevant experience working on Contact Center products.
• You would be Avaya Certified in IP Telephony or CMS preferably.
• Having experience in IVR or Nice Logger will be an advantage.
• You must be able to install & configure Avaya media servers such as S8300, S8500 & S8700.
• You would have some knowledge on CMS, INTUITY Audit & Modular messaging and will be an advantage.
• You are a dynamic & hardworking with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• You are available to commence work in short notice period.

The role is based in KL and we prefer Malaysians for the role.

Requirements :

• Must have experience 7+ years in telecommunications administration, engineering, and/or support of telephony infrastructure.
