Description:

• BO Report Design and Scripting -- Design of reports and charts, process automation using BO Visual Basic scripts.
• To make the support for the realization of the tools of piloting and dashboards
• To Set up a reliable detection of the various dysfunctions: traffic, system, radio
• To Insure the analysis of the recurring problems
• Investigation system and of optimization of the paramètrage and the network configurations and radio configuration
• Qualify the various operations realized on the network
• Support for the analysis quality of first level
• To Detect and qualify the dysfunctions
• Provide/prepare reports of Radio Network performance
• Performance Statistics.

Front Office RAN Engineer, UK

A Fantastic opportunity has opened for a Front Office RAN Engineer to join my client, a well known Blue Chip Company based in Berkshire!

Your role as a RAN Engineer will involve:

• Being 1st Point of contact for all RAN related availability problems.
• Monitor network availability, ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are met.
• Manage network faults and planned/unplanned service interruptions, managing them through to resolution or escalating where required.
• Ensure all faults and service interruptions are captured in the trouble ticketing systems, providing regular and accurate updates.
• Other RAN related tasks.

To apply for the role of Front Office RAN Engineer you must have a background in working in a 1st, 2nd or 3rd line support role within the RAN (radio access network). Also experience in 2G and 3G is essential, and knowledge of Nokia kit will be a benefit
