A leading global provider of mobile, telecommunication and data communication systems are now looking for an experienced Drive Test Team Leader to play a key part in a major re parenting project over the next 24 months.

The Drive Test Team Lead will be responsible for scheduling call testers on a daily basis. The lead will receive schedules the day prior to testing and immediately contact all the call testers and inform them where they need to go (site and location)

Duties will include:

• Sending out Call Testers to sites ready to be call tested, taking results from them
• Making accommodation bookings for the Testers if required
• Ordering and distribution of call test equipment
• Liaising with Call Testers on any issues
• Compiling test results for the Project Manager
• Relaying any network issues reported by Call Testers to Project Manager in real time
• Reporting of Call Testers time in Contractor Time Management Tool
• General support for the Project Manager

To be considered you will ideally have:

• A strong drive test background
• Good knowledge of 3G networks, call testing performance issues and fault finding
• Scheduling or coordination experience would be a bonus
• Candidates must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under high pressure
• Flexible
• Excellent excel skills

A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a MSS DT Engineer in a leading mobile telecoms organization based in Hertfordshire.

As the MSS DT Engineer you will have a very strong working background within the mobile telecoms industry. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of MSS5.1 and will be responsible for the configuration production of MSC server D.T which will include customer network data, B-Number analysis, routing tables. The configuration is produced from switch specifications received from the customer and internal design. As the successful candidate you should have good MSS knowledge and will also be expected to perform validations on his own and other team members work. You will also be able to work under pressure, have excellent communication skills and be able to work to tight timelines.

Drive Test Engineer

Our client are currently looking for 10 Alcatel skilled Drive Test Experts to join a large 2G/3G project in Asia, Middle east and africa. The successful engineers will have extensive expertise in Drive testing and IBS or In Building solutions it is also advantageous to have good experience in Optimization and planning on GSM and UMTS networks. The ideal candidates will have a strong working knowledge in TEMS tools and at least 2 years experience in Drive Test within a 2G/3G networks.
