Vacancy 3G Optimization Engineer

3G Optimization Engineer must have experience in the following areas:

• cluster definition.
• Optimization and KPI routes definition.
• Site verification and analysis Post processing the drive test data using TEMS, MapInfo, and Actix Cluster and network optimization by detailed analysis of call events (drop call, call fail) and considering, BLER%, Layer 2/3, RLC, RRC, NBAP, RANAP, SC, RSCP/RSSI, EcIo/SIR, TX Power, power control, parameters and neighbor list.
• Setting up drive test equipments (Tems, Nimo, scanners etc for Technicians).
• Making hardware and software recommendations. Making recommendation to change parameters Producing cluster optimization report.
• Producing 3G to 3G, 3G to 2G and 2G to 3G neighboring plans analyzing 3G to 2G hard handover failures.
• Use of TEMS post-processing software in conjunction with other special purpose built tools analyzing & investigating special drop calls & access failures.
