Jobs Vacancy as Network Operation Center Head (NOC Head), JAC Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for NOC Escalations, Reporting and Budgeting
• Ensures NOC Tools capability needs
• Ensures NOC processes and procedures are enforced, regularly reviewed and updated
• Ensures NOC operational performance levels to SLA/OLA applicable
• Supports 3rd Party SLA Management
• Liaises with NOC subcontractors & 3rd parties
• Liaison for escalated NOC matters
• Undertake special assignments to resolve Network Operations issues
• Ensures security of the Network; and NOC premises.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  
• Job role in Network/System Engineer or Project Management.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
