Job Description :

• Correct BSS/RAN network faults and performance degradations as per SLA requirements
• Escalation point from First Line Maintenance and Monitoring for BSS/RAN issues
• Escalate complex problems to the CARE team
• Followup with Care for closure of open cases
• Liase with FLM, NOC and Care during fault situations
• Working on daily maintenance checks along with monitoring
• In depth analysis and troubleshooting of Performance Management report in conjunction with CM/PM team
• Performing provision acceptances of the BSS/RAN nodes from delivery on or before handover to operations
• Responsible for co-operating with the technical support (upgrades, faults) of 3rd party equipment and Care
• Take part in a 24/7 duty roster and willing to part in night works for upgrades/ callouts etc
• May sometimes need to work at heights
• Ensure that changes in the live BSS/RAN network are carried out through approved change requests Correct Radio network faults and performance degradations as per SLA requirements
