Customer Support Engineer

Job Description:

Assist in first level technical support for customer queries:
  • SW (or HW) maintenance activities: installation & test of technical/change notes /change deliveries.
  • Assist in complex technical activities, such as SW upgrades and technical audits on site.
  • Review or participate in basic HW/SE installation and commissioning on request.
  • Participate in network operation service where applicable.
  • Assist on installation and/or commissioning and/or integration activities.
  • Assist on network expansion activities.
  • Assist on technical/customer acceptance testing.
  • Assist on parametering in the network elements’ subsystems (understands KPI and the impact on the performance of the system).
  • Participate multivendor and 3rd party activities (installation, integration, interface troubleshooting)
Main Skills: Upgrade experience BR8 BR9
