Your role as a Network Support Engineer will involve:
- Being 1st Point of contact for all RAN related availability problems.
- Monitor network availability, ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are met.
- Manage network faults and planned/unplanned service interruptions, managing them through to resolution or escalating where required.
- Ensure all faults and service interruptions are captured in the trouble ticketing systems, providing regular and accurate updates.
- Other RAN related tasks.
To apply for the role of Network Support Engineer you must have a background in working in a 1st, 2nd or 3rd line support role within the RAN (radio access network). Also experience in 2G and 3G is essential, and knowledge of NEC will be a benefit.
