RAN Engineer
Our Client is a market leading telecommunications company based in Berkshire.
At present they have an excellent opportunity for a RAN Surveillance and Repair Engineer to join their team in Berkshire.

Duties Include:
- Monitor the availability and performance of the Radio Access Network comprised of 2G, 2.5G and 3G equipment (BTS, Node-B, BSC, RNC, and Power) and all associated transmission infrastructure (radio and leased line).
- Perform 1st line diagnostics resulting in remote restoration or in the raising of a trouble ticket to the appropriate resolving agency.
- Provide fault co-op to resolving agents.
- Maintain the availability and performance of the RAN in line with KPIs.
- Manage and prioritise faults within the Incident Management Process.
- Provide fault co-op and expert advice to resolving agents.
- Manage Field Operations call-out process.
- Participate in strategies and initiatives aimed at improving the availability and performance of the RAN and services.
- Actively improve efficiency in alarm management and handling.
