a Telco MNC is looking for a Senior Transmission Engineer who would be responsible for network planning and design, perform network dimensioning and counters and troubleshoot and identify network problems. To be successful, you need to have 6-9 years experience in 3G transmission consulting and service optimizations, good knowledge in 3G WCDMA/HSDPA on access transmission and experience in planning ATM/IP networks for Node B, (S)AXC and RNC.

Fluency in Japanese is a requirement (read/write/speak)
