VAS Engineer

The position of VAS Engineer requires:

• Well understanding of Mobile network and ability to drive and propose solutions fit to launch commercial services.
• Using different design methodologies to develop, design and connectivity over IP/MPLS and firewalling backbone.
• Designing, developing and testing modules for commercial deployment.
• Developing cross-functional skills between Provisioning, Billing and Engineering.
• Staying abreast of new technologies and translating them to commercial products.
• Supporting the On-site implementation team for all technical requirements.
• Analyzing and resolving defects or bugs in the product modules.
• Propose service design including all the associated impacts.
• Set the priorities based on marketing input and service accusation.
• Prepare a network impact reports for all the technical teams within the different departments that will be involved in the implementation/integration of the PS/VAS service.
• Prepare the method of procedure for the implementation process based on the design and network impact to insure the minimum risks and downtime during system integration to the live network.
