Our client requires an NMS/OSS Senior Transport Design Engineer for a telecommunications project on a fixed term contract basis.

The purpose is to design and plan a solution of the NMS-OSS for the transport network - ie SDH, DWDM, M/W. To perform dimensioning, designing & planning of transport network. Design the Data Network Connectivity for the network elements to NMS with the required DCN equipment needed. Review Vendor proposals for NMS/OSS upgrade or replacements. Work with network operations in a consultancy roll for NMS/OSS systems to provide solutions. Supervise the design of NMS/OSS RFP's.

Must have 5-7 years experience in NMS/OSS, Performance & Quality, Administration & Data Communication, Transmission Systems & Networking. Good knowledge on General Transport Network. Extensive telecommunications background.

University degree in Telecommunication Engineering or similar.
