BSS Engineer, Bahrain
Operations and maintenance of the BSS/RAN network.

Job Description :
- Correct BSS/RAN network faults and performance degradations as per SLA requirements
- Escalation point from First Line Maintenance and Monitoring for BSS/RAN issues
- Escalate complex problems to the CARE team
- Followup with Care for closure of open cases
- Liase with FLM, NOC and Care during fault situations
- Working on daily maintenance checks along with monitoring
- In depth analysis and troubleshooting of Performance Management report in conjunction with CM/PM team
- Performing provision acceptances of the BSS/RAN nodes from delivery on or before handover to operations
- Responsible for co-operating with the technical support (upgrades, faults) of 3rd party equipment and Care
- Take part in a 24/7 duty roster and willing to part in night works for upgrades/ callouts etc
- May sometimes need to work at heights
- Ensure that changes in the live BSS/RAN network are carried out through approved change requests Correct Radio network faults and performance degradations as per SLA requirements
