Maintenance Plan

• Update quarterly PBC (Personal Business Commitment) with team leader.
• Follow up preventive maintenance plan

Standard Activity

• Responsible to provide support to BO, Performance, FM dept.
• Attend, cooperating and following up new NE integration (PAT) with project department, including make checklist, arrange resource, alarm monitoring and etc
• 7x24 network monitoring
• Providing SPOC (Single point of contact) to STC
• Creation, dispatch, follow-up and closure of network trouble tickets
