Currently we are looking for the candidates this are the requires resources for Optim Engineer.
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Graduated from S1/D3 in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
- Min 1-2 years experience for PLO Engineer / Min 3-4 years of experience for Sr.PLO Engineer experience in NOKIA / SIEMENS System
- Ability to analyze of frequency changes
- Ability to analyze and change database parameter for new sites, and expand the quality of network to achieve KPI target SD-Drop, TCH-Drop, Blocking
- Analyze and optimize log file DT with TEMS
- Make report of KPI target achieved and send to customer to be reviewed
- LAC & SDCCH Planning
- making PAC
- representing PAC to customer
- preparing FAC data
