We are looking for a candidate who has expert knowledge of :

• BTS Hardware equipment, Antenna System's and Alignment and Parameters.
• Design Frequency (RF Hopping and Cell Hopping).
• you will be required to carry out drive tests to ensure no over lapping.

Essential requirements of this role are to have experience working with

• Siemens BS240XL and BR8.
• Motorola equipment.
• good knowledge of Sabafone.

VAS Account Manager for a leading Telecom company, Dubai

Multiple Contract Opportunities- NSN Dubai

1) Site Design Manager

General purpose: Responsible for the implementation of Site Design standards in NSN customer project. Ensures Site Design according to Customer, NSN standards & guidelines and local regulations.. Ensures Site Design activities meet project and local requirements. Responsible for all aspects of the Permit Drawings, Construction Drawings, Static Calculations, Foundation Calculations / Studies, Soils Reports, Land Surveys, all drawing review and approval procedures, acceptance of deliverable products and interaction with all departments. Evaluate and document local country conditions for project site design works.

2) CW Supervisor

General purpose: Ensures CW Quality and delivery on time. Experiecence of Saite Visits randomly at each milestone. Responsible for monitoring and inspecting Construction works in progress and verifying its done according to Customer specifications and meeting NSN standards

4) Site Acquisition Co ordinator

Ensure Site Acquisition activities meet customer and NSN requirements. Coordinate permitting process with local authorities etc. Participates meetings with local authorities as required. Prepares together with zone manager roll out schedule based on realistic lead times and fulfilling the customer time line. Ensure SA and permitting resources are properly considered and demand plan is prepared. Follow up subcontractor resourcing and performance. Prepare and implement corrective actions as needed by NSN.

5) TI Supervisor ( 2 positions- one for Transmission TI and one for BSS TI)

Previous experience with Flexi BTS, 2G and 3G in a turnkey project. able to manage subcons, follow up on site activities, report to TI manager, update EPM and ensure high site quality.
