I am looking for 2 engineers to be able to design 3G networks with ZTE UMTS / HSDPA infrastructure. Knowledge in initial parameter setup for pre-launch network setups including IRAT, Neighbor an scrambling code.

Position is located in Turkey, Istanbul. Please check if you are eligible to enter the country for 3 months before retaining a VISA.

Vacancy UMTS Network Engineer

Requirements :

• Strong Knowledge in ZTE or Ericsson WCDMA/HSPA Products (4+ years in ZTE UMTS vendor)
• Worked in the design of 3G Networks with ZTE UMTS/HSPA Infrastructure.
• Excellent knowledge in initial parameter setup for pre-launch network setups including IRAT, Neighbor and Scrambling Code planning principles.
• Strong background in W-CDMA Release 99 / HSPA air interface protocols and procedures.
• Strong knowlege in ZTE or Ericsson Node B, Iub and RNC HW and SW dimensioning.
• Previously used a 3g Planning tool such as Asset 3g or Atoll.
• Sound understanding of ZTE RNC service area (LA/RA) dimensioning principles.
• MSc in EE or Communication Engineering
• Confident in creating Excel Macros.
