The candidate MUST have Core and Radio Experience as Network Performance Analyst.
My client is searching for Network Analyst for Radio and Core side of the network.
Knowledge of Motorola and NSN equipment is compulsory.

You will take full responsibility of radio and Core (GSM, UMTS) network audit and improvement projects including drive tests, OMC data and parameter analysis, troubleshooting, optimisation and site inspections.

Technical Skill Required :

• The audit consists of Network performance assessment and benchmark, System design review and Site quality assessment for Radio and Core Network.
• The Network Audit and Benchmarking Service will provide a general evaluation of network performance, based on the analysis of KPIs and comparison to references for benchmarking.
• Analyse BSS statistics per cell on a daily basis
• Provide overview of the overall access network quality on a weekly basis
• Provide efficient and timely transmission performance management
• Define systems to measure performance against set standards
• Knowledge and understanding of network service provider revenue systems, suppliers, partners and outsourcers. Demonstrated expertise in key business process skills, such as workflow and process analysis Data manipulation & interrogation/analysis skills Flowcharting & audit process & controls experience.
• Proactive and positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction Plan and perform various test cases to trace and monitor air interface to assess the required grade of service, coverage. To make sure handover objectives are met and to determine how subscribers perceive their network's performance.
• Plan and fine tune the orientation and down tilt of the antenna to ensure proper signal distribution and eliminate rapid signal change conditions in the target area.
• Capacity/Hotspot Planning: Reduce coverage overlap, site closest to hotspot to minimize TX power.
• Capacity Analysis and Solution Recommendation. Planning and implementation of features related to network capacity including parameter planning, post implementation analysis and Management Reporting.

Other :

1. The Candidate is expected to have at least 4-5 years of most relevant experience and a proven track record of performance attributes on multiple Nokia projects.
2. Intermediate level Knowledge on 3G technology would be treated as a plus.
3. Arabic is a plus.

CS Core Engineer

The CS Core Engineer will be responsible for end to end Core Network optimization, troubleshooting day to day problem, network performance monitoring, reporting and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of CS Core technologies and protocols as Rel99, Release 4 (R4), Iu-over-ATM/IP, SiGTRAN etc.
• Legacy/NG IP technologies/protocols as Softswitch, multi-layer switching, IP addressing, etc.
• Experience in mainly ex-Nokia products 2G/3G MSS server optimization.
• Experience in Core Network Dimensioning and Performance Measurement tools.
• Good track records in NSN CS Core network planning and/or optimization projects.
• Expert on signaling link analysis and optimization.
• Expert in CGR utilization analysis and optimization.
• Expert on Clear Code analysis.
• Verification of quality parameters and network performance Optimization.
• Technical reports preparation for traffic analysis and customer presentation.
• Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.
