Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for Network planning in bidding process
• Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
• Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• More than 5 year’s relevant experience in Inetwork planning optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage

BSS Planning Manager, Cambodia

Key Responsibilities:

• To review and define all Nationwide BSS/UTRAN design requirements to support all radio assumptions and cell design, of all BTS/NodeB configurations.
• To produce a Network BSC/RNC plan to support the above network and taking into account future network requirements.
• Support Network Rollout team in there Rollout objectives
• Support and Interface with the radio Planning and Optimization team in meeting their objectives
• Support and Interface with the Network Planning teams and to ensure a end to end sensible design is achieved.
• Interface with the transmission engineer planning team to ensure future roof dimensioning of the BSS / Utran network is achieved.
• To ensure an up to date BSS Network database is maintained.
• To perform on the job training for all subordinates and maintain an Organizational Chart for your discipline.
• To ensure a succession plan.
• To ensure 100% SOX compliant for any process related to the activities of the department

Job Requirement:

• GSM, cellular technologies, project management, basic financial understanding, excellent tracking skills
• Atleast 5yrs of Mobile radio telecommunications experience.
• Flexible and can work independently under time pressure
• Good Command of English-written and spoken and computer skills
• Good planning/time management skill

Integration Engineers, Caribbean

Connect44 is looking for Integration Engineers (3 Positions Available), to be based in Bermuda.

The Integration Engineer is responsible for that the delivered solution are implemented (Configured and integrated in the customer’s Networks/systems) following the applicable processes and tools in accordance to the overall requirements to meet customer’s expectation. If so agreed, the Integration Engineer can also be responsible for the commissioning of the Network nodes and solution, following Ericsson processes and policies.

The responsibilities could be described as

• Support presales activities, including pre-studies.
• Create data transcript file to configure an upgrade of existing network or a new network build.
• Analyze the customers’ existing Networks/ systems needs and requirements, in co-operation with the solution architect.
• Propose an implementation solutions for the customers in co-operation with the solution architect if is required.
• Use the applicable processes and procedures to establish test specifications to integrate solutions, telecom nodes in a network.
• Secure that the delivered nodes/ solution is properly implemented and works in accordance with the customers agreed requirements
• Document the implemented solution, and support the customer with the needed competence development to be able to use the solutions.
