RAN Transmission Planning and BIS Engineer
RAN Transmission Planning and BIS Engineer – Mobile Telecoms / 3G – A leading mobile telecoms company is searching for a RAN Transmission Planning and BIS Engineer to join their team in the South-East on a contract basis.
The RAN Transmission Planning and BIS Engineer will have responsibilities including the creation of new transmission work flow through T-Mobile, new site creation process via SAP and checking data integrity in Erickson Transmission planning tool “Kramer” and SPECTRUM. You will also be responsible for leasing with the AB CS in case any H3G cell information is missing has differed or changed, checking the ATM/Lib performance stats of the new WATS and carrying out basic diagnosis and rectification of any faults.
Our Client is keen to find a candidate that has detailed transmission planning, build, activation and BIS knowledge as well as a solid understanding of T-Mobile SAP process. Candidate will also require Knowledge of Kramer (Erickson), Circuit Manager and writing SQL queries to extract and update data fields in SPECTRUM and SAP. The desired candidate will have the ability to carry out XML file transfer/editing and be able to use Net Act/AC, Passport and Blarney for performance, alarm monitoring and fault diagnosis.
