Position      : Sr. Optimization Expert- KPI
Job Location  : Pakistan
Duration      : 6 Months to 1 Year.
Preferred     : Expats / Egyptian.
Start Date    : Feb 2009
Experience    : 4.5+ Years

Job Description:

• KPI’s Based RF Optimization. Hand Over Success Rate and Call Drop Rate Improvements.
• Familiar with Motorola/Al-Lu/NSN/Huawei Parameters at GSR7 or GSR8 - Working with GSM (2G) and GPRS/EGRS (2.5G) in Motorola/Al-Lu/NSN/Huawei.
• Familiar with Motorola/Al-Lu/NSN/Huawei Statistic Tools (MARS)
• Familiar and have done lot of troubleshooting for dual band network feature, conc
