Telecommunications Engineer - CISCO

Responsibilities :

• Designs, implements, and troubleshoots telecommunications solutions (contact center, VOIP, IPT, Unified Messaging, Call Accounting) and related services at corporate and remote office domestic and abroad.
• Designs, implements, and troubleshoots Enterprise Telecommunications Contact Center, Voice Network solution and services.
• Supports all voice network user community.
• Ensures 99.99% uptime of all local area network resources.
• Manages network integration projects (team, schedule and budget).

Required Skills:

• Experience with design, installation and maintenance of Enterprise Contact Center Routing, Reporting and Call Accounting solutions.
• Expertise in design, installation and maintenance of Cisco Manager.
• Expertise with design, installation and maintenance of Cisco Unity.
• Expertise with design, installation and maintenance of Cisco Customer Contact Software.
• Expertise with design, installation and maintenance of Enterprise VOIP solutions (dial plans, network design, report).
• Cisco IP Telephony Certification (CIPT) highly preferred.
• Expertise in TCP/IP and QoS implementation in support of traffic.
• Project Management abilities.
• International tavel required- approx. 25%.
• A stable work history.
