BSS (RNC) Planning Expert

SELEK Telecom is on behalf of our client, sourcing a BSS (RNC) Planning Expert, with assignment start from February 2009. The main responsibilities are:

• Providing planning of RNCs.
• Develop necessary guidelines for planners which do not exist yet and provide training.
• Providing analysis and optimization
• Advise local planners.

To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of 4 years BSS/RNC experience with FDD/HSxPA and GSM planning and optimization, be fluent in English or possibly Czech/Slovak. You will have strong human Skills and be well organized, structured and able to transfer the knowledge to local planners.
