I am looking for a Cell Planner to work with a leading 3G telecoms company.
You will be responsible for achieving the coverage/capacity targets set for your assigned area of the Network within the set target dates.
You will also monitor the daily performance statistics for your area and take appropriate actions to sustain and improve the Network performance by working closely with other departments like RAN Performance team, Field and Network Operations Centre etc
It is essential you have a strong Cell Planning and Optimisation career background with a 2G/3G environment.
