The Nokia Radio Network Optimization Engineer – 3G position requires:

• Expert Knowledge in Nokia Siemens Networks UTRAN R99/HSPA
• Expert Knowledge in NSN RAS6.0 (prior releases assumed)
• Expert knowledge of Nokia 3G tools (NetAct).
• Excellent experience in performing and analysing RNC traces
• Excellent knowledge and understanding STS counters.
• Strong NOKIA Background on Node B and RNC nodes.
• Very good experience in trouble shooting of problematic cells and RNC.
• Strong knowledge of Nokia 3G radio features/parameters.
