My client is one of the biggest telecommunication services company and is searching for a Senior Core Optimizer with NSN experience.
Requirements:
- Good track records in NSN CS Core network planning and/or optimization projects.
- Experience in CS Core technologies, protocols such as Rel 99, Release 4, Iu-over-ATM/IP, SIGTRAN etc.
- Good knowledge in NSN (mainly ex-Nokia products) 2G/3G MSS server optimization.
- Hands on Core Network Dimensioning and Performance Measurement tools. Legacy/NG IP technologies/protocols such as Soft switch, multi-layer switching, IP addressing, etc.
- Expert on signalling link analysis and optimization
- Excellent in CGR utilization analysis and optimization.
- Expert on Clear Code analysis
- Verification of quality parameters and network performance Optimization
- Good English experience knowledge, Arabic will be a plus.
Educational Qualifications and Experience :
- Minimum BSC Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least 7 years in the GSM Environment
- 4 years in CORE Optimization
- 1 year project management
