Service Solution Manager, Based Malaysia

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Propose network professional service solution for GSM/CDMA/UMTS/WIMAX for after sales service plan according to customer requirement.
  • Support SAM teams to develop competitive strategy including strategic business model, feasible action plan and execution to achieve sales target.
  • Perform service market and competitor analysis, and develop competitive service solution and strategy roadmap
  • Support GSM/CDMA/UMTS/WIMAX network sales promotion activities by attending telecom exhibitions, seminar, workshop, marketing campaign, and other related activities and delivering professional service presentations and demonstration
  • Support presales technical bidding activities and participate in tendering process for projects by responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP, preparing and organizing service clarification and solution communication.
  • Responsible for network professional service solution, quotation preparing, professional service proposal write up, SOC, contract negotiation & documentation etc.
  • Support project start up and planning.
