IBS Engineer - Bangladesh

We are looking for a IBS planning and optimization engineer.

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Sound Knowledge in Ericsson Parameters.
• Ability to analyze daily voice and data traffic through Business Object
• Hands on experience with TEMS, ACTIX and MAP info.
• Ability to work on AUTOCAD.
• Ability to meet and beat timeline.
• Professional Report preparing capabilities.
• Self driven and good team player
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer & solution oriented

Tasks:

• Responsible for making IBS design in active and passive for high rise buildings at Dhaka city.
• Prepare as built drawing and performance check after implement the IBS site.
• IBS sites parameter turning, optimization and performance monitoring.
• Providing Indoor repeater solution to the clients based on customer complains.
• Involve in radio related customer complain handling and provide optimum technical support during commercial campaigns.
• Prepare report for old IBS site and identify the problems.
• Check and monitor the performance of the existing IBS site and provide a solution if there are any Quality,
• coverage and Capacity related problem in the site.
