SIP Engineer

Job Description:

The Sr. SIP Engineer will be responsible for the technical planning and architectural design for an enterprise scale Voice over Internet implementation project for a leading Telco project.

The ideal candidate should have expert knowledge of VoIP and Voice-related services including a strong understanding of the design and implementation of a complete voice solution.

Excellent skills with IP Protocols are essential (BGP / OSPF / SIP / RIPv2 / MPLS / VPLS).

The ideal candidate will have the following roles and responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge of VoIP Services
• Strong IP Backbone, MPLS and routing knowledge (SIP, RIPv2, BGP, OSPF)
• Strong technical leadership skills
• Strong networking skills

Other optional skills include:

• Linux knowledge
• Telco background and experience
