OSS Support Engineer - Canada

Type       : Contract - long term
Location   : Montreal, Quebec
Hourly Rate: Open : Dependent on experience

OSS Support Engineer:

• CSR handling
• Network Element integration and function testing support to test plant for EIR (VMS and Linux platform)
• Ericsson OSS Upgrade experience
• Review the vendor technical documents and proposal on OSS
• Create scriptd to get the BSS and NSS data from OSS
• Design the remote access to OSS by Citrix or other methods and provide the proposal and design documents

• Good Communication skills
• Solid knowledge on Solaris, SUN UNIX, Sybase SQL server, OSS applications, and 3P software such as Applix, Orbix.
