RAN Configuration Engineer, UK

A fantastic opportunity has come up to work for a leading telecommunication company as a RAN Configuration Engineer.

The Role will include:

• Commissioning files to the RAN Configuration Engineers to be loaded into NetAct.
• Configuration and fault diagnosis via Netact applications on Nokia UMTS RAN.
• Create and load RNC XML print-back files into Oracle database.
• Maintain data integrity and storage utilisation by performing regular house-keeping tasks in ABCS using SQL and/or MS ACCESS.
• Check alarms and operational CS/PS call handling statistics to ensure the element is working correctly.

Candidates will also need good working knowledge of the Oracle Database & operational knowledge of Nokia UMTS RAN/MORAN equipment and element managers.
