RAN & Core Datafill Engineer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a RAN & Core Datafill Engineer, to work with a leading telecommunications company.Our client is looking for individuals with the ability to create and manage implementation of RNC interconnect, both Nokia RAN and Nokia Core elements. The role will be responsible for the production of RAN / Core databuild / scripts from design datasheets in order to implement new IUR, IuCS and IuPS links on the RNCs and IuCS related data on Nokia core elements MSC and MGW.
Additional responsibilities include planning / creation and implementation of network interconnect data (IuCs, IuPS and IUR) to agreed standard on Nokia RNCs.
Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of the Nokia/NSN Network - including Nokia RNC's and Nokia RAN.
Knowledge of mobile networks and practical knowledge of UMTS radio access networks is essential.
Relevant industry telecoms experience is very advantageous for this role.
