Field Engineer

Leading mobile telco organization looking to recruit 5 exciting opportunities for Field Engineers to work on an initial 3 month contractual basis (chances of extension highly likely). Due to client confidentiality rates cannot be disclosed but are competitive and further information is available on application.

Applicants will need Roof Top Training, RF Awareness and medicals.

Applicants will need to demonstrate good knowledge of the following:

• Nokia Node B WN3.2 and WN4.0 software and associated managers.
• Nokia AXC C2.7 and C3.0 software and associated managers.
• Commissioning of Nokia AXC and manual creation of Iub circuits (DNBAP, AAL2SIG, AALUP, etc).
• Nokia AXC AAL2 multiplexing feature.
• Nokia Flexihopper microwave radios and their configuration.
• E1 jumpering using CAT5 cabling and RJ45 connections.
• BT leased line NTE presentations.
• NEC Node B UMR5.0 software and associated managers.
• Downloading of new databases to the NEC node B.
• NEC Pasolink microwave radios and their configuration.
• E1 jumpering using CAT5 cabling and RJ45 connections.
• E1 jumpering using twisted pair and wire wrap DDF's.
• BT leased line NTE presentations.
