Job Description :
RF Planning and Optimization Manager with at least 4 to 6 years of experience in Mobile UMTS/ 3G Planning and Optimization is required by an Ericsson consultancy. Applicants must have at least 4 years Team leader experience with Ericsson and similar international experience in the area of WCDMA Network Planning & Optimization. Expert on 3G Network Design experienced in Ericsson tools and products. Uses large variety of planning and optimization tools. Good knowledge of GSM-3G overlay radio networks. Strong knowledge about processes & procedures for the 3G network planning and optimization. Strong coordination and management skills for the dedicated team in the project. Strong communication and negotiation skills with customer and team lead experience with 7 to 8 RF engineers.
