An Interconnect Analyst with technical exposure to Telecoms and wholesale billing (preferably mobile) is required by my client, a leading Mobile Telecoms Operator.
Within this role you will take on a variety of duties including:
- Maintaining reference data, clearing suspense and running SQL queries to calculate discrepancies and validate disputes
- Communicate with other teams e.g. Pricing, Regulatory, IT, revenue Assurance
- Cover for Pricing Communications to customers and maintenance of Pricing Books
Candidates must possess:
- Interconnect skills
- Team leadership/management skills
- background in Billing/Revenue Assurance and ideally Wholesale/Retail billing
- skills in SQL (query writing) and Excel, and preferably possess knowledge of telecom, Business Objects and UAT testing.
