IP Network Engineer, Turkey


My client is looking for a IP Network Administrator, the successful candidate must have the following experience:

Job Description:
  • IP-core network administration, operation and maintenance.
  • L2 support & troubleshooting.
  • Day to day operational activities, provisioning of network elements (Cisco edge router, Cisco core switch and router, CPE equipment).
  • Analyze and understand complex and non-defined problems and requirements within and outside the own expertise, work with Technology department experts to solve complex issues
  • MSS/MGw, VOIP and SS7 knowledge will be preferable
  • Candidate shall be CCIE certified for Routing and Switching
  • Onsite service as 5x8 during business hours starts from 08:00 A.M till 17:00 P.M Turkish local time.
  • Candidate shall also carry pager within the shift.

Responsibilities:
  • Broadband network infrastructure operational documentation, implementation, administration and support for IP Core Network infrastructure, Internet gateway, converged packet network, VOIP Core system, broadband concentrator & gateway, routers, LAN switches, network security, NMS etc.
  • Data center facility planning and administrations.
  • Operation enhancement initiatives, ensuring the Broadband network system infrastructure and processes meeting the KPI and SLA for the businesses.
  • Responsible in collecting performance data for MPLS VPN services, analyze performance data collected & produce report.
  • Proactive actions to improve VTAS CPN backbone.
