System Support Engineer, Netherlands

Our client, a large telecommunication provider, is currently looking for a Support Engineer for their mobile applications platforms. The candidate will be responsible for level 1 and 2 support. On first level the candidate will be responsible for all activities related to system administration, coordination with end users and monitoring system activity. On the second one, he/she will be responsible for system maintenance, troubleshooting and performing tests and analysis resolution.

The candidate will have experience in Voicemail, MMS, MDG and SMS. Knowledge of GSM and VAS is a plus.

Extensive knowledge of Linux or Unix basics is mandatory ( FTP, SSH, Telnet)

Potential long term contract 1-3 years. Dynamic technical and customer facing environment, excellent opportunity for learning and development.
