3G Optimization Engineer, Vietnam

Our client is looking for 3G RF Optimization Engineer having at least 5-6 years of 3G RF Optimization experience on Ericsson equipments. 3G RF Optimization Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks. Responsibilities include linking budget analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity, initial system design and dimensioning, site identification and evaluation, zoning analysis, zoning testimony support, frequency Optimization and interference analysis.

Requirements:

• Requires minimum 5-6 plus years of work experience in 3G RF wireless design engineering for a GSM/WCDMA/CDMA2000 system.
• Ericsson equipments experience is MUST
• The work experience should be related to RF network and infrastructure Optimization, deployment and optimization experience.
• Good knowledge of radio propagation aspects.
• Must have worked and used one or more RF propagation/prediction tools preferred - TCPU.
• Must have worked on one or more industry acceptable performance data management tools, drive test tools and other optimization tools preferred - TEMs Investigation.
• Perform site build verification and acceptance
• Perform frequency and BCC Optimization and/or PN Optimization
