Cell Planning Team Leader, England

A worldwide leader in the Telecommunications sector is now looking for a Cell Planning Team Leader to join their team in the Midlands.

As a Cell Planning Team Leader you will be tasked with designing the 3G network within the UK and managing a team of Cell planners responsible for, liaising with project management teams to ensure cost effective sites are delivered on time in order to meet the required level of coverage whilst delivering the highest quality of service.

Responsibilities will include the creation of Cell data build and post integration Optimization of sites into the network.

The ideal candidate will have experience of 3G cell Planning and Optimization from a large Telecommunications company. As well as strong team leadership skills. Experience of Nokia NetAct and good database skills are desirable. Good interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
