Network Operations Centre Manager (customer facing NOC experience), United Arab Emirate


Salary: 8100 - 9500 inclusive of housing, & benefit & bonus (None negotiable)

NOC Manager - strong network, infrastructure and operations background required and will have managed either IT infrastructure, data center or service center previously.
  • Accountable for the successful operations, support and delivery of external(customer) services and maintaining high quality and achieve and exceed service level to customer expectations
  • Line management of staff who report to this role
  • Provide leadership to all SSC staff and maintain a unified vision and maximum efficiency
Further duties:
Report IT performance information, liaising with internal departments and external contacts to facilitate minimal service degradation and consistent server/system support, team management, Manages, monitors and evaluates the section's on-going performance and quality of its output and services, review organisational structure, implement agreed staffing changes, leadership ability and capability of getting excellent staff performance, understanding of ITIL and ITIL processes and good experience in this area essential.
