Transmission Planning Engineer is responsible to prepare 2G-3G rehoming plan. He/She is a rehoming leader for national wide in HCPT project.He/She is providing detailed network planning services for Nokia Siemens Network customers for network implementation projects in collaboration with project team. Key counterparts are NSN project team (network planning management or colleaques, site acquisition, telecom implementation, project management, technical management) and customer organization (network engineering team). The main responsibility areas are: 2G/3G Transmission network Architecture Design & techno consulting in NSN customer projects Detailed Transmission Network Parameter planning to implement network solutions of operators. Working independently in customer premises or taking he lead/participating in the project team.

1. Create program for Performance data management
2. Performance data gathering and validation
3. Setup NSN data centre
4. Bring performance database and service in service
5. Administer NPO performance server

OSS Support Task:
  • Able to do Site Integration 2G/3G
  • Able to do TRX Expansion
  • Able to do Rehoming 2G/3G BSC
  • Abe to do HSDPA Upgrade
  • Able to do Reparenting 2G/3G ADJG
  • Able to do some Changing Parameter on OSS NetAct
  • Able to do Alarm Monitoring and trouble shooting on NetAct OSS
