Project Manager, Malaysia

Project Manager/Chief Technical Office required for contract, to provide current and future expectations and business needs from a technology perspective and acts as the advocate and trusted advisor to the customer on its future strategy and positioning Is able to understand, capture and challenge inputs from decision makers, technical and operations staff.

Understands the specifics on the customer environment and mode of operation Analyses those inputs, together with the market expectations and is able to translate them into consistent requirements across domains to meet customer needs (business, operational, functional and regulatory). Understands and able to apply the best practices, processes and principles of solution architecture technology to create value to the customer in an innovative way. Identifies alternatives to the architectural challenges and provides optimization and trade offs for those. Takes overall accountability and responsibility for the E2E design of all aspects of the solution , working across organizations and 3rd party suppliers. Able to lead a team of Solution architects and Technical Project Managers from a technology perspective. Ensures overall flexibility for the solution, ensures the solution meets customer implicit, explicit and dynamic requirements and is able to understand market trends and situation to advice on suggested scope adjustments. Maintains overall integrity across the technology aspects of the delivery. Is able to give directions for critical issues around technology and identify in advance potential critical risks. Continuously innovates so that the technology best serves our customer.
