Area Manager Field Operations, England
As a leading mobile network provider our client is looking for an Area Manager to be responsible for Field Operations Engineers.
They are looking for someone who can be responsible for the day to day people management side of things as well as the strategy of how the resources are deployed, customer relationship management (MBNL/TMO/3/Vf/O2) performance and efficiency of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the Field Managers and their teams to ensure a world-class field operations service to all customers, while ensuring the cost efficiency is maximised.
- To maintain current awareness of wider commercial considerations to balance the business requirements of each customer.
- To strategically monitor and manage workloads from all customers in order to apply the appropriate resource to meet all customer requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring safe working practices by all staff to ensure field operations staff are equipped with the necessary personal protection equipment.
The Field Operations Area Manager should have a sound knowledge of managing a dispersed operations team and to demonstrate strong analytical skills and an ability to integrate multiple information sources.
