This leading Telco are seeking an experienced RF Optimisation Engineer for a Perth-based contract. The job is initially for 6 months but is likely to either extend or lead to a permanent job offer. Your experience must include solid skills in some or all of these areas:

• Frequency Planning.
• Neighbour list generation & system parameters - setting and analysis.
• Network integration & testing.
• Performance testing.
• System Optimisation: drive testing & system optimisation.
• Analysis of network performance - take corrective action.
• Analysis of signalling.
• Troubleshooting & analysis of network statistics i.e. hand-over statistics .
