RNC Engineer

Our client, a leading UK Mobile Operator based in Berkshire, is currently seeking a RNC Engineer for an initial 6-month contract.

The successful candidate will plan RNC capacity based on traffic as well as forecasting for network growth and evaluation. You will also develop systems and processes for planning, configuring & upgrading RAN elements within the production network.

To be successful, you will have experience in all (or a combination) of the following:

• Radio / core network capacity planning experience.
• Tools, systems & processes used to measure performance / plan network capacity.
• Statistical analysis – trend & forecast.
• Network performance monitoring.
• VBA, HTML, SQL for reporting purposes.
