Data Management Engineer

Our client, a Mobile Network Provider, urgently requires a NSN Data Management Engineer to work within a busy team environment. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Data Management and Data Fill within a 2g or 3G environment.

Duties will include:

• Analysing problems, recommending solutions, creating and maintaining records and liaising with other departments
• Creating new Data Builds for Nokia Siemens Core Network products
• Programming integration of new Elements
• Monitoring network capacity utilisation
• Administering routing, charging, traffic and signalling changes
• Creating, tracking and maintenance of circuit provisioning requests

Working knowledge of the following is essential:

• Nokia Siemens Equipment (preferably in an Operational or Data Management role)
• ATM, NetAct or Traffica
• A wide variety of PC applications (inputting data into spreadsheets and databases)
• A transmission background would be beneficial.
