The successful Nokia Network Integration Engineer will require knowledge of the following:
- 3rd Line operational support with Nokia circuit switches
- HLR,
- MSC/MSCi
- DX200
- MGW
- Voice/data network support
As the successful Network Integration Engineer your duties will include:
- To provide 3rd line technical support for Integration of the Nokia Core switched elements Support of delivery and Integration of Nokia core network and upgrades to hardware and software
- Liaise closely with the Core Networks department and vendors to gain knowledge of core network
- Ensure network availability and integrity
- Implement and perform network monitoring , reporting, analysis, auditing and data fill
- Implementation of network expansion requirements- MGW interface expansion
- Support of cabling requirements to integrate the new elements
- Support of activities required for the RNC re-host requirements to the new media Gateway
