OMC Engineer
3G OMC Engineer is required for a global operator based in Qatar. We seek an engineer with a strong background in:
- Operation and Maintenance of all UTRAN Network element (Siemens RNC & NodeB UMR6.5) and ATM (hiD-3140HD) through preventive, corrective and proactive maintenance of all UTRAN nodes.
- Handling monitoring and administrations of all UTRAN entities using Radio Commander (RC9.5-UMR6.5)
- Maintaining the quality and availability of 3G services to end customers
- Handling of ATM-switch (hiD) configuration and cross-connection RNC/NodeB parameter modification Remote support for new site integration and Iub upgrade
- Neighbour relation (3G-3G or 3G-2G) creation, deletion and modification
- To perform and execute all day-to-day configuration management activities of the network (requested by Optimization, Implementation, and Customer)
- Performance Management data support using SPOTS
